What do I do if my Solius device is showing a red light?

The behavior of the red light indicates two different scenarios depending on whether it's flashing or solid.

Flashing red light: Your emergency stop button is engaged. To disengage it, turn the red button on top of the device clockwise until it pops back up. The device cannot start therapy until this button is released.

Solid red light: Your device is in error mode. Open the app, tap "Start therapy," and connect via Bluetooth. Once connected, an error message will appear describing the issue. Refer to the Troubleshooting section of the User Manual to resolve the error. If the problem persists, contact Solius Customer Service at hello@solius.com.
